All shipping orders are NON REFUNDABLE.

In store pickup items will be returnable within 14 days from the purchase date, after 14 days, the items will be non refundable. 

Due to the labor intensive nature of how our online orders are processed, ANY REFUNDS OVER $75 MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE

At the time of pickup, accessories including jewelry, handbags, shoes, scarves, etc. will be returnable.  Once the accessory items leave the store they become final sale.
